This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall an order, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. The Sheriff can route law-enforcement questions; the issuing court remains the authority on docket status and court orders.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Use the notice to identify which Webb County office owns the record:
- Law-enforcement routing: call the Webb County Sheriff’s main line at (956) 523-4500 or begin with the official Sheriff page. The public booking and bond search is not a countywide warrant index.
- A district criminal file: contact the District Clerk at 1110 Victoria Street, Suite 203, Laredo, or (956) 523-4268. The assigned clerk can identify docket entries.
- A County Court at Law file: call the County Clerk at Suite 201, (956) 523-4266, or ask the assigned court which clerk handles the matter.
- Bond-release procedures: Webb County Pre-Trial Services is at 1110 Victoria Street, Suite 501, (956) 523-4988. It does not decide whether a judge recalls a warrant.
- Resolving a matter: consult a licensed Texas attorney and the issuing court about a motion, setting, surrender, or bond before taking action.
The Sheriff’s headquarters and county jail serve different functions. Do not treat a jail booking result as the full warrant file; call the office named on the notice and confirm its current address, hours, and procedure before a visit.
